A 2200 sqft, built in 1975, Sears Kit home perched at the end of a cove away from the hustle and bustle on the lake,
with great views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It has three (3) bedrooms and two and a half (2.5) baths.
Best suited for family get-togethers, sleeps 8 comfortably.
Wander out the back to the path that takes you directly to the water's edge. Park your boat at the large private dock. Watch the littles play at the beach from the lounge chairs. Take our canoe out for a starlit paddle.

The home is in the mountains. There are stairs. There are 8 steps from the driveway, there are 30 from the road.
The house is three levels with 2 interior staircases. Also, there are another 12 steps to the lake on a gravel path.
We regret this is not a disability/handicap friendly home.

Plenty of storage located on main floor. Black out curtains to ensure a good night sleep.
Drop your shoes, coats and luggage. Great space to set up your laptop if you have to get work done. Large dog crate located behind the door. Extra USB charging station on the desk.
Full bath with tub/shower.
Lake hair don't care. We do! There is an emergency kit and make up removal wash cloths for your use.
Upper floor bedroom with Queen, and 2 twins and ensuite half bath.
Off the loft is the family friendly sleeping quarters with queen and twin bunk beds. Also has ensuite half bath.
Loft area with TV and large bean bag couch. Great for rainy flop days.
Lower floor Bedroom with Queen Bed. Full bath access across the hall.
Lower floor TV room with access to lower deck, laundry, full bathroom and bedroom.
Large TV with Charter TV, Netflix, Hulu and DVD player. Hang out room with games and toys for the kids of all ages.

Double decks over look the lake. Grab a cup and sip while the sun heads into the sky and the fog lifts in wisps from the water.
See the cove and mountains right from the driveway.
With view in the shade of the deck, you can take a cup of tea to stare out at the lake.
Large dock with room for the double dog dare you's or to pull up your boat from the boat launch less than a mile away.
Short walk to the water's edge with easy canoe/boat launching access by dock or beach.
Look out from the beach to the main part of the lake. Cleanest in the state!
