A sliver of peace.
It is as old as the owners, (well one of us, the other is a bit wiser). But it is full of love and family.
We bought this cabin after staying here. Being raised on a lake, I knew that was what was missing these last few years. The low fog on an early morning. The water fairies sparkling in the afternoon sun. And exhausted children from a full day of swimming, boating, jet skiing, daring each other to jump off the dock and living on lake time.
No, not that Pinterest sign version of lake time.
Real lake time.
Losing all track of what time it is and better yet, worries.
There is nothing better than forgetting all your stress. Going with the flow.
Sit on the dock. Stare out at the mountains in the distance, let yourself dream.

We have nice linens, good comfy furniture, cozy beds, and plenty of entertainment for the kids. We are making this place a perfect escape from hectic lives and refocus on what truly matters. Family.

We are a single home, under private and proud personal ownership and not managed by a disinterested Property Manager. We are the vested parties. Speak directly with us, the owners. The family that stays here themselves. This cabin isn't an investment property. This place is our paradise. We want to share our home with like-minded people, people who want to take some time for themselves and get back to nature.
We are just 45 minutes outside of Asheville and a quick car ride away to the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. However, I'll bet that you'll spend all your time out on the water.
The lake is calling, and you must go.

If you are the active type, there are lots to do like boating, water skiing, tubing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or canoeing. Go and explore the uninhabited islands on the lake.
